A Restorative Approach & Preparing for the Future

We know that children are still learning how to navigate relationships and choices. When conflict or mistakes happen, we use a restorative approach. Instead of focusing solely on punishment, we guide our tamariki to understand the impact of their actions, repair harm, rebuild relationships, and make things right in a supportive environment.
